This was a talent attraction and employer branding campaign targeting healthcare professionals. The video was anchored by current doctors, nurses, and leaders within the organization who have grown their careers at Cone Health.
This project was shot in Greensboro, NC, over multiple three-day production weeks. We shot across numerous locations over multiple days with Cone Health staff and enlisted actors as talent for some of the b-roll scenes.
This was a big project, but it was still executed with a lean three-person crew.
